FAQ

Q:  What is the pricing?
A:  A minimum of $200.00 for 2 hours and an additional $50.00 per hour after.  For example, if you book 3 hours, it would be $250.00 and 4 hours would be $300.00, etc.  A reservation fee of $100.00 will be charged at the time of booking your reservation. If not using your own TV there will be a one time charge of $25.00.

Q:  What city locations are serviced?
A:  Currently, there are limited cities serviced in Los Angeles and Orange Counties at this time.  When booking your reservation, you can check to see if your city is listed on the reservation form.

Q:  When does the time start?
A:  Time starts when all equipment for the VR system is set up and tested for play.  Once the first person is ready to play, that's when the timer starts.  (Approximate set up is about a half hour.  Show-up time for set-up will be 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event time).

Q:  What about hygiene on the VR headset? (Due to COVID-19)
A:   Two reusable masks will be provided in your package and then any additional masks will be charged at $1.00 each if purchased at the time of making your reservation. You can purchase additional masks on the day of your event at a cost of $2.00 each. These masks help prevent bacteria and sweat from spreading from person to person. They can also be washed and reused.  (DUE TO COVID-19 regulations, a reusable mask must be worn until further notice)

Q:  Why is there is there a minimum of $200.00?
A:  Due to time it takes for set up and play time a required minimum is 2 hours ($200.00).  

Q:  Why is there a reservation fee of $100.00?
A:  This fee is to guarantee your reservation date. See cancellations and refunds after service for more information on refunds

Q:  What equipment is provided and is there any equipment that I need to purchase and/or provide?
A:  All equipment for a full VR experience is provided. This includes the HTC Vive Headset, the base stations for full room scale, a carpet to represent the room scale area, a gaming rig, and the games.

Q:  Can I use my own TV?
A:  A TV can be provided for you at a flat fee of $25.00. However, if you wish to use your own with permission we can use it as the main display.

Q:  Is there an age limit?
A:  Yes, very small children are not capable of handling the VR headsets.  Small children have a hard time understanding instructions and what's happening inside the VR headset, which will cause harm to themselves and everyone around them.  For safety purposes, only children ages 11+ will be allowed to play.

Q:  Is there a charge if the equipment is damaged?
A:  Yes, there will be a cost if any equipment is damaged during play by you or your guests.  A waiver must be signed by the host and all guests for liability upon arrival at the time of your event.

Q:  What games are available to play?
A:  A list of all pre-selected games will be provided upon arrival.  At the time of booking your reservation, I ask that you make a selection of games you are most interested in.  Due to limited space, there are only a certain number of games that can be pre-loaded on the hard drive.  If you don't see a game listed, please contact me and I can see if it can be added to the library.  Browse the library here!

Q: How do the liability waivers work?
A: Each person over 18 who will be playing VR will need to sign the release of liability waiver for themselves and/or their children. They can be found and printed ahead of time by following the links in the footer. The host/owner of the property will also need to sign two documents. An additional release of liability of damage of their property made by themselves, their guests, tenants, invitees, etc while using the equipment and a second document for equipment rental agreement for damage made to our equipment. These must all be signed the day of before we complete any services.

Q:  How do I make a reservation?
A:  Book your event date by clicking on “Reservations” and see if your date is available on the calendar.  Once a date is selected, fill in the booking form and submit.   The date will be reserved and confirmed automatically after payment has been processed. You will then receive an email with your confirmation and reservation details.  (Be sure to check your email immediately).

Q:  How do I cancel a reservation?
A:   Fill out this form to cancel your reservation. Your cancellation must be made 24-hours prior to your scheduled event.   A full refund will be issued if there is a 24-hour notice prior to your event.  Otherwise, if a 24-hour notice is not given prior to your scheduled event, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.

Q:  Can I get a refund after the service has been completed.
A:  No, once we have arrived at your event on the day of your reservation, there will be no refunds of any amount.
